We group of 20 people had faced bad management and worst experience from Arrrow Heliservices. For getting boarding pass we stood in the line more than 8 hours in both ways (to and fro) side. management is not good. boarding pass makers gave immediate passes who has any recommendation without thinking that many devotees are standing in a ques for getting boarding passes.
